I'll Wrap My Wire Around Your Heart.

Today marked the 8th month that Sean and I have been together.  I tell you, it feels more like 8 years.  We grow more and more as a couple each day.  I could never have enough to say about this wonderful fellow.  I could gush all day about how sweet and compassionate he is, or about how I've never been happier than I am with him.  I just can't get over how truly blessed I am to call him mine.

We celebrated quite simply today with a trip to the movies.  We find it fun to celebrate our little monthly anniversaries...it gives us a reason to do something truly special for just the two of us. :)

I just don't know where I'd be without him.  I truly don't.

Today was a slow, comfortable day. It was beautiful out, so Sean and I decided to head to the park for a while and enjoy the fall-like weather.


A few exciting things:

- We're putting the finishing touches on my desk (yay!) and then I can begin moving everything into my craft room. I can't wait.

- I taught Sean to sew a pillow on my machine a few days ago. I was so proud of him!

- Is it too early to begin thinking about Halloween? I don't think so. Sean and I are considering two costumes: (from my most favorite movie) Edward Scissorhands and Kim, or Pacman and Mrs. Pacman. Not the most exciting costumes in the world, but still fun, nevertheless. :)


On a much more important note, today Summer from B is for... posted about her father, who, unfortunately, is ill. She's asking us to send a card, possibly some York Peppermint Patties (his favorite!), or maybe a dollar or two to help bring her father's spirits back up. I had such a lovely weekend with Sean. ❤  They're never long enough, though.  But it's only a matter of weeks now until we're together all of the time, and not just on weekends.  I'm sure some of you know how hard it is to be apart.

He took me to Oklahoma City to a drive-in called the Winchester on Friday.  It was wonderful!  We bought sodas and candies, laid in the back of his Escape, and watched 'Shrek 3'.  

If you've never been to a drive-in theater, I definitely recommend going.
They're much more fun than going to an actual theater, I think.  C:

We spent Saturday browsing about in Stillwater, and the rest of the night/morning snuggling under the blankets, away from the world.  I always hate when he has to leave for work. :(

Our Story.

I'm sure most of you have seen pictures of this boy posted about on my blog:

Well, three months ago today, this amazing boy asked me to be his.  (In the middle of the night, in the Bass Pro parking lot. C: ❤ )  And ever since that day, I've fallen more and more head over heels for him.
Three months may not be a very long time, but I've shared more with him in these three short months than I have with anyone before.  From the moment we met it felt as though we had known each other for years.  We fit together like perfect puzzle pieces.  "We're completely yin and yang," he always says.

He has this way of making me feel like no one has before...I get the silliest, most wonderful feelings when I'm with him.  And nothing compares to waking up every day and feeling his arm wrapped around my tummy. ❤

Plus, he gets fake tattoos with me. C:

Happy three months together, darling! They've been the most magical three months of my life, and I'm so thankful to have spent them by your side.  I look forward to our many months, and years, to come.  I love you more than you'll ever know. ❤

Seattle Is Where My Heart Is.

I finally have all of the pictures from my trip to Seattle in order, and now it's time to share them!
I had such a wonderful time on this trip.  Seattle has always been the one city that I wanted to travel to, and I just knew that it would steal my heart once I did.  And I was right!  My heart remains with that magical city.

So many pictures!  It's so hard to choose from them all.  Maybe one day I'll post the rest of them for you all to see. :)  It's so lovely up in that corner of the world. ❤
