Killjoys, make some noise.

First off, I'd like to say thanks to those of you who left comments and sent me emails over my last post.  I appreciate each and every one of them! I hope my blog can keep evolving and include all of the things that were suggested.   (If you missed this post you can find it here.  Please, feel free to comment with your thoughts!)  You guys are the sweetest!

Secondly, it's been such a long time since I've welcomed my new followers.  (I'm the poorest blog-hostess, I really am!) So, WELCOME!  I'm super-excited to have you following along, and I hope you can always find something interesting here.  And don't be shy, say hello!
Dainty.
Also, some of you lovelies have been asking where my new job is.  Now that everything is secure and in place, I can tell you that I'm working at Michaels!  I'm doing a job different than what I initially thought I would be doing...which is kind of a bummer...but it's still fun, nevertheless.  I'm surrounded by crafty people all day!
But that's all for tonight.  I got home from work a couple of hours ago, and I'm tired!  My poor back hasn't gotten used to standing all day again.
G'night!
XO, Allie.

Ugh it can be SO EXHAUSTING to stand all day. I'm finally learning to wear flat shoes (my acupuncturist has insisted I am ruining my back by wearing heels). But I can only imagine how you're going to be inspired by working at Michael's--can't wait to see what adorable things come out of this job. :)

One of my friends in the states just got a job at Michaels too. I had a look around a couple of times while I was over there a few weeks ago and I thought all the Halloween stuff was amazing! And the cake aisle, hehe. Oh yeah, do you have a 'Bling' section too in the sticker bit? That made me laugh so hard! I hope you enjoy your new job. :)

CupKay: I'll definitely be sure too! So far it's been fun!

Claire Kiefer: Oh goodness, I can't even IMAGINE wearing heels to my job. I'm in flat, basic slip-on shoes and my back hurts so bad at the end of the day! But it is a very inspiring environment to be in! Thanks!

Katie: I'm completely enamored by all of the Halloween decorations we have at my store! We have so many cute things. :) Haha, I haven't noticed a 'Bling' section...that's really funny! Thank you much!

Emily: Thank you! I'll add your button as well! C:

lrs: They really are! It's so inspiring to be surrounded with people who are using their creativity to it's fullest. :)

Summer{Bisfor...}: Oh wow! There are so many Michaels here in Texas...it's surprising to hear how few there are elsewhere. But I'm sure the trip is completely worth it every time! I'm sure you come home with tons of cute things! :)

amylou: Yay! It's nice to meet you, Amylou! Thank you so much!

Paislea Elyse: Thank you! It's a lot of fun. Very hard to come home with a full paycheck! :)
