Good things happened yesterday. I hauled my tired body and mind into Oklahoma State University and let them poke and prod at my tired mind. For four hours (almost). Afterwards, I was tired and anxious, and I just knew the green slip of paper I was waiting on was going to tell me "
sorry, your efforts were't quite enough...". After a mix-up between another me and another Allison, I finally held that green paper in my hand. And what did it say back to me? That I
had done well enough. That, not only did I pass, but I passed well above the required score.
Needless to say, my heart leaped out of my little chest and into the floor. (Okay, not literally.) It was all I could do to contain myself long enough to make it to the car before I squealed like a little girl.
To celebrate, I'm treating myself to a fancy new crochet book, and my mom and I are starting yoga tomorrow. Have any of you done yoga before? I'm nervous. I can't touch my toes when I bend down.
