It's good to be home...

It's quite pretty...
After being away for almost two weeks, I've finally returned home.  At this very moment, I'm patiently awaiting Sean's return, as well.  He's been in California for just as long.
It's been difficult to stay connected lately.  At my parents' house, I was without a computer.  And at home, Sean's computer is broken, and mine will take 10 tries just to turn on. :(  Please excuse my absences and slow email responses.  I know I'm already slow enough as it is, but goodness, this is just awful!  Once things are working properly I promise I'll speed back up.
It's quite pretty...
My time spent at my parents' house was refreshing.  There unfortunately isn't much to do in a town of about 500, so I had more than enough time to think.  To think about my little blog, the Etsy shoppe I want to open, and the direction I want to go in.  (There was also a little too much t.v. watching!  But, I finished season 7 of The Office! :) )
It's quite pretty...
There are many good things happening right now, and I can't help but feel motivated for the first time in a while.  In less than 3 weeks, we'll be out of our apartment for good.  This is perhaps one of the biggest motivational factors of all.  It will be such a relief...such weight off our shoulders...because we could not stand our apartment.  It felt like a prison, in a sense.  All of the anxiety of the past almost year could be pinned either directly or indirectly on that stupid apartment.  Soon we'll be out, and never have to look back.
It's quite pretty...
I thought that I would share a few photos I took with my phone while I was at my parents' house.  (I'm so bad about shrugging off my camera and snapping photos with my phone.  That's a habit I need to get out of!)  I miss it there quite a bit.  It's so peaceful and quiet. :)

Hope your start to the week has been lovely!
xoxo, A.
