My Mr. arrived a few days ago, with our baby cat in tow. We decided to do something I thought we'd never do - we've decided to move. I knew I could never find happiness in the place we were in, and I told him that. I told him I believe there is too much bad attached to the area we were in, and not enough good. I told him I wanted to move with all of my heart. He said he thought it was a perfect idea.
We're retreating to the place where I grew up, for the time being. We may already have a place of our own to live, but I don't want to jinx anything. (I hope Seattle isn't afraid that I've forgotten about it. I could never.) I believe it's quite funny though, because I always swore when I was in my teenage years that I would leave this town and never look back. I suppose everyone is like that at some point. Yet here I am, moving back to the place where it all began. Bringing my new life to my old life.
I don't know about you, but I'm excited for this new adventure.
